3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information and required assets on time.
- Review and approve milestones promptly.
- Use delivered systems lawfully and ethically.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on agreed package or proposal terms.
- Payments are due according to agreed schedules.
- Delays in payment may impact delivery timelines or support availability.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive usage rights to final delivered work after full payment. Third-party assets, plugins, and licenses remain subject to their own terms.
6. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided according to the selected package, support window, or separate agreement. Feature enhancements beyond agreed scope may require additional cost and timeline.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for unlawful content, fraud, abuse, malware distribution, or activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horcrux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, platforms, or third-party systems.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, or legal risk, with reasonable notice where possible.
